Andy Wilson from the Kiss Your Franchise Goodbye podcast and Kristin Scalisi both return to discuss the final episode of (this season of?) She-Hulk, and its themes, ideas, and of course, K.E.V.I.N. We also take tangents on “clip shows” and embarrassing bedroom posters.
There’s only one new character that I would show their comic book picture of this episode, and they don’t show up until the final scene, so I’ll leave that spoiler out.
The Fantastic Four have been in three movies so far, but haven’t joined the MCU just yet. But, a new piece of casting news points to that happening sooner rather than later, so now is a good time to see what past movies have gotten right, and what they got wrong in adapting Marvel’s First Family to the screen.
I was tempted to do this “Lost in Adaptation” style, like one of my favorite YouTubers, but didn’t want to be accused of stealing his format, so instead I go movie by movie, rather than “what was kept,” “what was changed,” and “what was left out entirely.”

Marvel/Disney just announced that She-Hulk will be getting her own show on Disney+. But, who is She-Hulk, and what would such a show be about? Kurt dives into the distaff counterpart of Bruce Banner, and what makes her so compelling a character in her own right.
Coming…soon? No premiere date has been given, or even casting at this point.
